How to connect Salesforce to workflow triggers and actions

To connect Salesforce to workflow triggers and actions in Cassidy, follow these steps:

  1. Open trigger or action settings: Click on a Salesforce trigger or action within your workflow to open its settings.

  2. Initiate connection: Click on the "Connect" button under the Connection section to start the Salesforce connection process for the trigger or action.

  3. Choose an account: A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to select the Salesforce account you want to connect. If you're not currently logged in to Salesforce, you'll be asked to sign in first.

  4. Confirm the connection: After logging in, you will be redirected back to your Cassidy. The Salesforce integration should now show as "Connected":

  5. Manage connections: You can view and manage your Salesforce connections within the action settings. First, click on the "Change" Button next to the connection, then click on the "..." next to your connections. From there, you can choose to edit the connection details or delete the connection if needed.

By following these steps, you can successfully connect your Salesforce account to Cassidy, enabling a seamless integration between your CRM data and Cassidy's AI-powered features. This integration empowers your team to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and leverage the power of AI while working with your Salesforce data.
