Steps to connect Cassidy to Google, Zoom, and Teams Meetings
Navigate to the Meetings tab: Open your Cassidy workspace and click on the "Meetings" tab in the main navigation menu.
Select add option: Click on either "Add to live meeting" or "Record a live meeting" button at the top of the page.
Enter meeting link: In the dialog box that appears, paste your Google, Zoom, and Teams meeting link into the designated field.
Complete the connection: Complete the configuration by optionally giving your bot a custom name. Once you've done that, click "Add" to include it in the meeting:
Wait for processing: Allow approximately 30 seconds for the Cassidy bot to process your request and prepare to join the meeting.
Admit the bot: When the Cassidy bot attempts to join your meeting, you'll need to admit it from the waiting room.
Verify connection: Once the bot is admitted and the meeting ends, your call will automatically appear under the "All Meetings" page in your Cassidy portal.
After completing these steps, Cassidy will begin capturing your meeting content. You can access transcripts, summaries, and AI-powered insights from your Cassidy workspace once the meeting concludes.
