Allows Agents to search the internet for information

To enable Web Search for your Agent, you'll need to add this tool to give your Agent the ability to search the internet for real-time information and current data.

  1. Navigate to the Agents page: Click on the "Agents" tab in the left sidebar to access your list of Agents.

  2. Select the Agent: Choose the Agent you want to configure for web search by clicking on its card or opening the ellipses (more options) menu and selecting "Edit."

  3. Access the Tools section: In the Agent's settings, navigate to the Tools section of the "Setup" tab to configure and manage tools available to your Agent.

  4. Add Web Search: Click "+ Add" and select "Web Search" to enable this tool for your Agent.

  5. Chat with your Agent: Start a conversation with your Agent. The AI will automatically determine whether it needs to search the internet for information to provide you with accurate, up-to-date answers to your questions.

Once Web Search is enabled, your Agent will intelligently decide when to search online for current information, news, or data that isn't available in its training data or your Knowledge Base. This ensures you receive the most relevant and timely responses to your queries.
