After your meetings are recorded, Cassidy provides comprehensive tools to review transcripts, summaries, and key insights. This article will guide you through accessing and navigating your meeting content.

  2. Search for meetings: From the "All Meetings," "Shared," or "Private" tabs, you can search and filter for specific meetings:

    • Search by keyword: Click the search bar or press "/" and enter the name of the meeting or participant name, then select from the results

    • Filter meetings: Click "Filter" and select your preferences:

      • Recording Status: Choose "All Meetings" or "Only Recorded Meetings"

      • Participants: Select specific participants by name

  3. Open meeting details: Click on a meeting record to view its full details and content.

  4. Review meeting overview: From the meeting details page, you'll see key information including:

    • Date

    • Participants

    • Duration

    • Option to rewatch the recording

  5. View meeting summary: Click on the "Summary" tab to access:

    • Action Items

    • Overview

    • Discussion points

  6. Navigate the transcript: Click on the "Transcript" tab to see detailed conversation content:

    • View participant names and their spoken content

    • Search through the transcript using the search bar

    • Click on any line to skip to that moment in the video

    • Click the "Sync to video" button next to the search bar to synchronize transcript navigation with video playback

Once you've reviewed your meeting content, you can use it in Chat conversations with Assistants, add it to Workflows for automation, or reference it across your Knowledge Base.
