Cassidy's meeting Workflows allow you to automatically trigger actions based on your recorded meetings. Whether you want to generate follow-ups, update your CRM, or create summaries, you can leverage meeting content to power intelligent automation.

  1. Navigate to Meetings: Click on "Meetings" in the left sidebar of your Cassidy workspace.

  2. Access Workflows tab: Click on the "Workflows" tab within the Meetings page to view meeting-specific automation options.

  3. Create or select a Workflow: Choose one of the following options:

    • Click "Create Meeting Workflow" in the top right to start with a blank meeting-triggered Workflow

    • Select from one of the pre-built Workflow Templates designed for common meeting use cases
You can also create a Workflow from scratch from the main Workflows page using the Meeting Ended trigger. See Creating and editing a workflow and Meeting Ended trigger for more information. In any case, clicking "Create Meeting Workflow" will launch you to a blank Workflow with the Meeting Ended trigger already set up.

  4. Configure template Workflows: If you select a Workflow template, you'll be guided through the setup process with pre-configured steps tailored to that specific use case.

  5. Manage your meeting Workflows: You can access your Workflows in two ways:

    • From the main Workflows page in your workspace

    • From the Workflows tab within the Meetings page, where you'll see:

      • "My Workflows" - Workflows you've created

      • "Team Workflows" - Workflows shared by your team

From either location, you can click on a Workflow card to edit it or toggle Workflows on and off directly from the interface.

Meeting Workflows can leverage various meeting data including transcripts, summaries, participant information, and meeting metadata to create powerful automations that save time and ensure important follow-up actions never get missed.
