When you enable the Call Workflow tool for your Agent, it gains the ability to intelligently determine when to execute Workflows based on user requests. Your Agent knows which Workflows it has access to and their required inputs, so it can decide when a Workflow is needed and will converse back and forth with users until it receives all the necessary information to run the Workflow.

  1. Navigate to the Agents page: Click on the "Agents" tab in the left sidebar to access your list of Agents.

  2. Select the Agent: Choose the Agent you want to configure for web search by clicking on its card or opening the ellipses (more options) menu and selecting "Edit."

  3. Access the Tools section: In the Agent's settings, navigate to the Tools section of the "Setup" tab to configure and manage tools available to your Agent.

  4. Add Workflows: Click "+ Add" and select "Workflows" to enable this tool for your Agent.

  5. Search and select Workflows: A pop-up modal will appear. Click "+ Add Workflow" to begin selecting Workflows. Search for and select the Workflow you'd like your Agent to be able to run.

You can add multiple Workflows by clicking "+ Add Workflow" for each one you want to include.

  6. Complete the tool addition: Once you've finished adding all your desired Workflows, click "Add Tool" to confirm your selections.

  7. Chat with your Agent: Start a conversation with your Agent. The AI will automatically determine when it needs to execute a Workflow to provide you with the results you're looking for.

Once Call Workflow is enabled, your Agent will intelligently decide when to run Workflows during conversations. This ensures you receive automated task execution and streamlined processes directly within your chat interface.

It's recommended to add clear descriptions to your Workflows so the AI can better understand when to intelligently call them during conversations.
