What does this mean?

Delivers immediate visibility into competitive pressure and patterns so teams can respond faster, coach proactively, and prioritize at‑risk deals.

How it works?

Monitors call transcripts in real time or post‑call to detect competitor mentions, tags who mentioned them and in what context, aggregates trends by account/product/region, and instantly alerts owners and channels with links to relevant battlecards and next‑step guidance.

Workflow steps

Step 1: Monitor call transcripts

The Workflow activates whenever a sales call concludes. Cassidy automatically receives the call transcript for analysis.

Step 2: Detect competitor mentions

Cassidy scans the transcript to identify any competitor mentions—flagging who said them (rep or prospect), the specific context, and the sentiment around each reference.

Step 3: Tag and categorize the mention

The Workflow tags each mention by account, product line, region, and deal stage, building a structured record that feeds into competitive trend tracking over time.

Step 4: Pull relevant battlecard guidance

Cassidy searches your Knowledge Base to retrieve the appropriate competitive battlecard and recommended talk tracks, arming the team with specific responses and positioning for that competitor.

Step 5: Alert the right people

The Workflow instantly notifies account owners, sales leadership, or competitive intelligence teams via Slack or email—including a summary of the mention, a link to the full transcript, and direct access to the battlecard.

Step 6: Log to CRM

The Workflow updates the deal record in Salesforce or HubSpot with competitive intelligence details, ensuring at-risk deals are visible and leadership has full context for coaching and prioritization.
