To start a new Chat, simply click the "+ New Chat" button in the left sidebar or on the "All Chats" page.

When using Chat with a Q&A Agent, sources are cited automatically so you can trace information back to your Knowledge Base.

You can also use Chat through our Chrome extension, Word and Excel extension, Outlook extension, and via external deployments like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Embed, and API.
