How to set up and use trigger
Run the workflow on a schedule. Follow these steps:
Add a Scheduled Trigger: Create a workflow with a Scheduled Trigger, use an existing workflow with a Scheduled Trigger, or change an existing workflow's trigger type to a Scheduled Trigger.
Set the schedule frequency and time(s): Choose how often you want the workflow to run.
*The times you select for the Scheduled Trigger are based on the America/Toronto timezone. If you are in a different timezone, make sure to account for any discrepancy to ensure the workflow runs at your desired local time.
Activate the trigger: In the Scheduled Trigger block, click the toggle switch to turn it on.
