Change or update your Cassidy plan

How to manage your Cassidy plan

  1. Open Organization Settings: Click on your name in the bottom left of the sidebar, then click the settings icon for your organization.

    *This option is only available if you're an Admin, however as a member you can click Billing or Upgrade to navigate directly to the next step

  2. Navigate to Billing: Once in the Organization Settings, click Billing.

  3. Select billing cycle: You can toggle between monthly and annual pricing options.

  4. Choose a plan: Review the available plans and their features. For non-enterprise plans, you can click Buy Plan on your desired option.
    ​*Note that pricing in the screenshot may not reflect the actual prices of the plans we offer.

  5. Complete checkout: Clicking Buy Plan will take you to a secure Stripe checkout where you can self-serve sign up for a plan. Enter your payment details to complete the process.

  6. Contact us for Enterprise: If you're interested in an Enterprise plan, click the Contact Us button or reach out directly to [email protected]. Our team will work with you to customize a plan that fits your organization's unique needs.
