How to create and manage multiple Cassidy accounts

If you need to manage different businesses or organizations within Cassidy, you can create separate accounts for each one. This allows you to keep your data, settings, and team members isolated between organizations. Here's how to set up and manage multiple Cassidy accounts:

  1. Log out of your current account: If you're currently logged into a Cassidy account, click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select "Sign out" from the dropdown menu.

  2. Go to the account creation page: Navigate to the Cassidy account creation page by clicking on this link: [Account Creation page]. This will take you to the sign-up form for creating a new account.

  3. Create a new account with another email: Fill out the sign-up form using a different email address than the one associated with your existing Cassidy account. This email will be used to manage your new organization. Complete the registration process by providing the required information.

  4. Invite your other email as a member: Once you've created your new account and are logged in, go to the "Invite Members" section within your organization's settings. Enter the email address associated with your other Cassidy account and send the invitation. This will allow you to access both accounts using their respective login credentials.

  5. Approve the invited email: Log into your other Cassidy account and navigate to the "Team Members" section in your organization settings. You should see a pending invitation from the new account you just created. Click "Accept" to approve the invitation and gain access to the new organization from this account.

Switching Between Organizations

To switch began organizations:

  1. Go to the bottom-left corner of your screen and click on your name

  2. Select the Cassidy account you'd like to switch to as shown in the screenshot below.
