# Add Cassidy to your phone's home screen

> Add Cassidy to your iPhone or Android home screen so Chat opens like an app. Chat with Agents, continue conversations, and run Workflows from your phone.

You can chat with your [Agents](/agents/overview) from your phone. Add Cassidy to your home screen so it opens like an app — with its own icon, and without the browser address bar.

On your phone, Cassidy Chat is the full experience: start and continue conversations, switch Agents, attach files, use voice, and run [Workflows](/workflows/overview). Use a desktop browser to build Agents, edit Workflows, and manage your [Knowledge Base](/knowledge-base/overview).

## Troubleshooting

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="I don't see Add to Home Screen on iPhone">
    Make sure you're in **Safari**, not Chrome or an in-app browser (for
    example, a link opened from Slack or Gmail). Open [app.cassidy.ai](https://app.cassidy.ai)
    in Safari itself.

    Also avoid **Private Browsing**. Close the private tab, open a regular Safari
    tab, and try again.

    If the action still doesn't appear, open the share sheet, scroll to the
    bottom, tap **Edit Actions**, and add **Add to Home Screen**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Cassidy opens in the browser instead of like an app">
    On iPhone, delete the home screen icon, add Cassidy again, and leave **Open
    as Web App** turned on.

    On Android, choose **Install** instead of **Create shortcut** if Chrome
    asks.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I'm asked to sign in every time">
    Sign in at [app.cassidy.ai](https://app.cassidy.ai) in a regular browser tab
    first, then add Cassidy to your home screen again. Private or incognito
    tabs won't keep you signed in.
