# Outlook Email

> Connect Outlook to Agents and Workflows so you can read, draft, send, categorize, and automate email.

The Outlook Email integration connects your email to Cassidy [Agents](/agents/overview) and [Workflows](/workflows/overview). Let Agents read, draft, categorize, and send email during conversations, or trigger Workflows when new emails arrive.
