# Smartsheet

> Connect Smartsheet to trigger Workflows from sheet activity and automate rows, sheets, and attachments.

The Smartsheet integration connects your sheets to Cassidy [Workflows](/workflows/overview). Trigger automations when rows, comments, or attachments change, then read sheet data and create or update rows, sheets, workspaces, discussions, and attachments as part of your Workflow steps.
