# Write company description

> Generate a detailed company description from a company name or domain using AI-powered research.

Generate a detailed company description from a company name or domain. Uses AI-powered research to compile a comprehensive overview. Use this for prospect research, lead enrichment, or preparing context for sales outreach.

    In the Workflow builder, click **+** between blocks and select **Write Company Description** from the action library.

    In the **Company URL** field, enter the URL of the company's website you want to generate a description for. You can hardcode the value or use **#** to reference a variable from a previous step or trigger.
