How to monitor credit and storage usage
Open Organization Settings: Click on your name in the bottom left of the sidebar, then click the settings icon for your organization.
*This option is only available if you're an Admin
Navigate to Credits & Storage: In the Organization Settings window, click the Credits & Storage tab on the left side of the screen.
Review usage details: In the Credits & Storage panel, you can view the following:
The number of Cassidy credits you've consumed during the current billing period.
The amount of knowledge base storage space you've used.
Consider upgrading: If you're nearing your credit or storage limits, you may need to purchase additional credits or upgrade your subscription plan. Refer to the managing plans article for more information on changing your Cassidy plan.
