Turn a repeatable process, standard, or writing style into a reusable playbook for your team.

What you’ll learn

  • How a Skill turns instructions, standards, and examples into a reusable playbook
  • How to start from a description, starting point, uploaded Skill, or blank Skill
  • How Cassidy helps you refine the Skill’s tone, structure, examples, and boundaries
  • How to publish privately, test in an Agent chat, and share a successful Skill

Put it into practice

1

Describe a repeatable process

Open CustomizeSkills, create a new Skill, and explain the outcome, audience, standards, and boundaries that matter.
2

Review and refine the draft

Check the name, description, instructions, examples, and files. Ask Cassidy to improve anything that does not match your real process.
3

Publish and test privately

Publish the Skill to Private, then try realistic requests in a compatible Agent chat. Confirm the Skill follows the process and handles missing information safely.
4

Prepare it for your team

Improve the Skill based on your tests. When the results are dependable, move it to Team or a shared folder.
