Put it into practice
1
Choose a starting point
Open Agents and create a blank Agent, start from a template, or import one. For a guided start, open Agent Copilot and describe your use case in plain language.
2
Review the configuration
Check the name, description, model, and instructions. Add Knowledge Base content, Connectors, or Capabilities only where the use case needs them.
3
Test and prepare to share
Preview realistic requests and refine the instructions. Add conversation starters that help teammates understand what to ask.
