Put it into practice
1
Turn on Widgets
In a chat, open the tools menu beside the chat input and select Widgets.
To make it permanent for an Agent, add Widgets under Capabilities in
the Agent editor and publish.
2
Ask for a Widget by name
An Agent only creates a Widget when you ask for a widget or
interactive widget. Describe the decisions, fields, or filters you need,
such as
Create an interactive widget that lets me review these answers and approve or correct each one.3
Interact and submit
Click, filter, type, or attach files inside the reply. When you submit, your
selections go back to the same conversation and the Agent continues from
them.
4
Refine it
Ask for changes in plain language, such as adding a filter or showing the
source for each answer. The Agent updates the Widget.
