Admins can set a default Workflow failure notification frequency for the organization. This default applies to members who have not chosen their own setting. Members can override it anytime from Account Settings.
Only admins can change the organization default. New organizations start with Workflow failure notifications Off until an admin chooses a different frequency.

3

Choose a default frequency

Click Save to apply your changes. The Save button only becomes active after you’ve made at least one change.

How member overrides work

Members can still choose their own default from Account SettingsNotifications. Saving a personal option overrides the organization default. Members can also reset back to the organization default from that page. To subscribe to failures on specific Workflows, including Workflows they did not create, members can add custom subscriptions. See Set up failure notifications.
