Import your Confluence spaces, folders, and pages into the Knowledge Base so your Agents and Workflows can search and reference them.
On-premise Confluence connections are available on Enterprise plans. Contact support@cassidyai.com for setup assistance.

Connect your account

Open connected apps

Click your name in the bottom-left of the sidebar, then click the settings icon to open Settings. Select Connected Apps.

Start the Confluence connection

Find Confluence in the list and click Connect.

Log in to Atlassian

Sign in to your Atlassian account in the popup window.

Accept the access request

Review the permissions and click Accept to grant Cassidy access to your Confluence spaces and pages.

Import content

Add a Confluence source

Go to your Knowledge Base and click Add. Select Confluence from the list of sources.

Select spaces, folders, or pages

Browse your Confluence workspace and select the spaces, folders, or individual pages you want to import, then click Import.

Imported content syncs automatically every 24 hours. Enterprise plans support live sync for near-real-time updates. Learn more about sync behavior.
