Connect your account

Open connected apps

Go to Settings and click Connected Apps.

Find Microsoft OneDrive

Locate Microsoft OneDrive in the list and click Connect.

Log in with Microsoft

Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.

Accept permissions

Review the requested permissions and click Accept to authorize Cassidy.

Import OneDrive content

Add a OneDrive source

Open your Knowledge Base, click Sync From Integrations, and select Sync from OneDrive.

Select files and folders

Browse your OneDrive, select the files or folders you want to import, then click Import.

OneDrive content automatically syncs every 24 hours, so your Knowledge Base stays up to date as you add or edit files. Enterprise plans support live sync for near-real-time updates. Learn more about sync behavior.
